john T. cedar park, texas August 04, 2020 "I have been your customer for many years, but will not any longer due to the negligence in servicing my AC unit, the resultant damage to my home, and the lack of response after two requests to speak with a manager concerning these issues. During the spring maintenance service this tear, I requested that the technician be sure to clear the drainage line, as I have had difficulty in the past with biological growth occluding the line and causing the cutoff switch to activate and shut down the system. A few weeks after this service, the system began intermittently shutting down, and I made another service request, during which the unit had begun to operate normally, and the technician found no issues. A few weeks later, water began dripping through my ceiling, and exained the unit, and found the drip pan overflowing into the ceiling below it. Again I made a service request during which the technician related that the drain cutoff switch had failed and the drain had backed up and overflowed due to biological growth in the system. He also suggested that I neede to have the evaporator coils cleaned out, which he estimated wuld cost around $1500. The result is that I now have sagging and stained sheetrock in my downstairs ceiing as a result of a technician neglecting to clear the drain on maintenance, and a company that ignores my requests to speak with a supervisor regrding these issues."

Before I knew it he had replaced parts and put the toilet back and charged me $500.00 dollars. I said again about installing an ADA toilet and he told me an estimate of $975.00. Considering he already replaced the hose in the back and the parts underneath the toilet I consider that an outrageous price. I have my air condition through them and have been very pleased with the service so that is why I decided to try the plumbing service. But that was a big mistake on my part."
