Not to mention almost being banged on the 'noggin' by the disposal itself. But I gave these guys a 8, just due to fact they were able to get out to my home, whereas the locals would not even bother to return calls (except for one firm who couldn't get out til wednesday). But I have to accept the charges but I don't think my 15% discount was applied..and I've not yet heard from any customer service supervisor. Reading reviews, I see Strand Bros have a problem of unreturned calls by supervisors/customer service managers."

Since the problem was the Aux Heating was coming on too soon, the zero setting was the opposite of what needed to happen. I changed the setting to 3 after reading the Owners manual. I called Strand Bros and the Manager is supposed to call me, but I am still waiting. I have 2 more years to use Strand Bros to maintain this system, and I hope they improve their service and can send someone who knows how to make my heat pump actually work."

There is no need to send a Sales Specialist / Supervisor to also come into my house. That is bringing two people into my house which is unsafe during this time. The technician did not wear shoe covers. After the service the technician and supervisor wanted to talk (i.e. try to sell me something) and they wanted to talk inside the house. This is also very unsafe. As many interactions should be outside and 6 feet apart."
